Nashville album national release - June 20, 2006
Kid Pan Alley Nashville national release in August on Compass Records. Compass is a wonderful label out of Nashville that is home to a bunch of wonderful artists including Beth Nielsen Chapman, Fairport Convention, Solas and many others. www.compassrecords.com
The album, produced by Paul Reisler, Paul Gambill and Fred Bogert, features some of Nashville's finest singers, songwriters and musicians. There were over 19 Grammy award winners involved in the project. The artist's singing the songs we wrote with the kids included: Amy Grant, Kix Brooks, Suzy Bogguss, Delbert McClinton, Tommy Sims, Raul Malo, Nashville Bluegrass Band, Nashville Chamber Orchestra, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Darrell Scott, Kim Richey, Lari White, Jonell Mosser, Mustafa, Paul Colman, Will Hoge, John Bindel, and Jimmy Hall.
Songwriters who worked with KPA founder Paul Reisler on the project include: Beth Nielsen Chapman , Jon Vezner, Bill Lloyd, Jason Blume, James Dean Hicks, Gary Nicholson, Jim Photoglo, Chuck Jones, Angela Kaset, Melissa Javors, Rick Beresford, Pam Rose, and John Knowles.
The project is a partnership with the Nashville Chamber Orchestra.
